We lived here for almost 8 years. The 2-bedroom floor plan was spacious, it was quiet and parking was never a major issue. Doug, is a great person and an awesome guy to have in charge of maintenance.

We chose to live at Bella Vista because it felt like home from our first visit to their leasing office. Parand, (the leasing manager) was so welcoming and took time to explain everything during our first visit.

Being a "very senior citizen", a veteran, & recently recovering from a major stroke transportation to grocery store is impossible. kind gentleman here at the Bella Vista Apartments, stopped by my apartment & gave me a 3lb bag of very fresh & juicy sweet oranges. It & the Covid-fighting vitamin C was enjoyed immensely! This comment lets me bless & thank him again, for his "very special & much appreciated "random act of kindness"!
